Hey there, I’m Will –


For almost two decades, I’ve been a personal trainer certified through The National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also have numerous specialty certifications.


I became a certified personal trainer, but it wasn’t long before I wanted to specialize in maximizing the body’s functional abilities beyond simple weight loss and muscle building.


Specialty Certifications –


Performance Enhancement Specialist: If you want to perform better both on and off the field or court, I can help. I specialize in proven techniques to dramatically enhance your sports performance.


Sports Performance Specialist: I specialize in developing and implementing sports-style training methods to help you get in the same shape as an elite athlete.

Group Fitness Specialist: Enjoy your weekly fitness classes? I provide easy-to-follow workouts to different experience levels in one setting.


Functional Movement System Specialist: I am an expert in the field of functional movement. These workouts are ideal for older clients or those going through rehab. I also provide crawling-based workouts, an ancient training methodology from China.


Corrective Exercise Specialist: Understanding that every individual has unique movement patterns and imbalances, I utilize evidence-based strategies to improve muscular imbalances and movement efficiency, ensuring safer and more effective workouts.


Functional Training Specialist: As a certified Functional Training Specialist, I excel in designing workouts that focus on functional movement patterns, making them ideal for older clients, those in rehabilitation, or anyone looking to improve overall functional fitness.
